Hello,

Going to be servicing my BAM LCR soon, want to get the best possible stuff for it. Am I right in thinking that the Silkolene Pro S is the best stuff for a stage 2 LCR? Is there anything that is better or as good?

Many Thanks

Edit : Also looking for some decent gearbox oil and power steering fluid as these need chaning too.

Thanks

The Pro S is as good as anything on the market. There are others that are as good, but I wouldn't say anything is better.

I'd use an MTF in the gearbox and I would go with the Redline MTL, Amsoil MTF or Fuchs Sintofluid. The Millers EP 75w-80 is a good cheaper alternative

This is ideal for the power steering

The Millers CFS, Redline, Motul 300V and Gulf Competition are good alternatives to the Pro S.

Hi

The engine needs 5L, the gearbox 2.3L and the power steering is about a litre.
