Will a Cupra R ECU work in a Cupra?

Hi Guy's

I have been offered some Leon Cupra R bits from a guy who has managed to buy a complete engine and gearbox for £2000, he is going to put the engine in a Lotus Elise and can not use the ECU, Throttle body or Intercoolers, I was wondering if the ECU would work in my car (180bhp Cupra/Sport) hence giving me a very cheap performance mod.

nope, but i'd take the intercoolers instead if i were you

Nope ECU deffo wouldnt.

Intercoolers would be usefull but you have to make a fair bit of pipe work up as the inlet manifold is around the other way on the Cupra R to yours.
