you sure ? ;) or do you know exactly why the turbo was replaced?

maybe the fault in this caused it - worth a thought before turbo no 3 is required

anyway

may just be the valve sticking with all that sand in it :p

I had this on mine for pretty much all of last summer, never found out what caused it though. Make sure no hoses are split or disconnected. Also check all engine switches and sensors are fully plugged in. (You'll be amazed how many on mine weren't).

Since my coilpacks went bang I've never had the fault re-occur. (Coincedence probably).

All secondary air does is heat up the engine quicker at startup. (I think).

10x !

i'll cheak the connections .
i do believe it has something to do with the warming up sequence at cold starts.

any more ideas ?

The original K03 has 2 vacuum lines on the actuator. One is from N75, and the other is from Secondary Air Injection Solendoid. Bigger (even K03s) turbos don't have 2 nipples on the regulator, so you have to discard the other line (Secondary Air one). Was that correctly done?

i changed to a k04 023 . and yes we took care of that.

and as i was saying , the problem is not swap related , since the problem started before the swap .
