I have now made over 15 posts and I have had an account on here for alot longer than 15 days

Do I have to wait for someone to authorise the upgrade of my account so I can post my Toledo for sale ?

Would a moderator be able to look into this for me please. If I have misunderstood the rules or am just being impatient then I apologise
