Seen an advert for www.singlewiper.com

kit looks about £120

Does anybody know if its worth the money ?

they were selling them at trax last year for 90 quid ,if you can wait they'll be at all the shows this year.
last year they had a silver ibiza as a demo car i bugged the bloke for 12mths about one for the ibiza but now its out i haven't bought one

I heard that they weren't better than the original two wipers. Because of the surface it has to clean?

So IMHO would not do it

Well, if we're getting onto personal opinions - I don't like the look of them, keep with the original 2 wipers.

OK, granted they dont clean the window as fast but im actually glad i had mine last winter. I was going along the dual carriage way and all but one of my washer jets froze. The one that was working was on the passenger side. Single wiper helped cos with a bit of precision squirting i was still able to keep the windows clear! Reall though it depends if you want it for practicality or looks. Also i guess if you gets lots of heavy rain then its not advisable.
