Hi
Fitted my front upper strut brace and when I tightened up one of the three nuts on the drivers side it snapped underneath and now is impossible to tighten.
Guidance please. What's there afghani purpose etc? Thanks

And also the adjusting nut in the middle. How should that be set up?
Pulling in so it's tight? Or pushing them out. Thanks

The strut brace I cant help with you with, as I found no benefit from having one fitted.
As for the bolt you snapped, it goes into the top mount.
Unless you can get it out with an easy out and a drill (not advised).
Then take the whole strut out and replace the top mount and bolts, you probably will get away running without 1 bolt though; your choice.
Mebies even use it as an excuse to get coilovers and replace the top mounts at the same time.
Happened to me twice now. First time I just drilled it out easily enough. Haven't got round to doing the second one yet because it's not un safe how it has snapped
