It was brought to my attention about the usage and ownership of invision smilies, i'd like to point out that SEATCupra.net do not claim ownership of the images and artwork supplied by third party Invision forum user groups, and though we do not use Invision software to drive our forum we do appreciate the work supplied by IPB user groups and their community.

These images are free to use on any Invision Power Board or remotely hosting forum solutions such as InvisionFree which use Invision Power Board as the base of the forum software. They may be modified to suit your site but may NOT be packaged and distributed by any other means.

If you wish to use these images on a non Invision Power Board, you must contact the author for permission.

We use these smilies in accordance and recognition of the original authors work, and will gain their permission of copyrighted material wherever possible now and in the future. (Please contact one of the Admins if you wish to be credited)

However we reiterate please support the authors and the forum community as a whole by visiting the various user groups involved in bringing to the internet a superb collection of smilies which we currently enjoy.

Well a partial one, we'll play it by ear. :) But most are free to use it seems after reading up a bit more in depth on the user groups. Thouhg some are restricted to use on on Invision Power Boards, but many are Free for All.

But however were not taking any liberties, so if any authors come across their artwork on SEATCupra.net and are unhappy, then they are free to contact us, and we will credit or remove their copyrighted property if need be, with no hard feelings whatsoever.

Here's some smileys you can use without worrying about who made them,

You did!!

The smileygenerator!! No, I really mean SMILEYGENERATOR!!

It really makes smileys, not just a smiley holding a stick with text. :)

The WenPigsFly SmileyGenerator (http://wenpigsfly.mine.nu/imagesetpixel/index.htm)

Just leave the "WPF" in the filename to indicate they were generated for you :)

There's output choices for dark forum backgrounds as well.
