Here are my AP-22 performance result of my Tuning Box (EVRY Mod)
Standard
0-60mph 8.63 s
1/4 Mile 16.88 s
Tuning Box
0-60mph 8.22 s
1/4 Mile 16.49 s
Note. Both tests were done on the same road, same amount of fuel, ASR off and using same Tesco diesel.

Tesco Diesel?
people on here tend to steer clear of supermarket fuel, as because Supermarkets buy from who over is cheapest that week, and don't (all) bother putting in all the additives you get @ shell/bp etc, your adaptive ECU isn't going to be able to properly adapt to the fuel you're running, and thus you wont get optimum performance and/or economy.
Furthermore the lack of additives might further detoriate performance..
Its your car of course, just I noticed, noticeable differences switching my car to Shell Diesel Extra (78.9p/litre) or BP UltimatE (87.9p/litre).
I run Shell now.

I'm surprised by those results - even though the EVRY mod is a bit crude, I'd have thought you'd have seen a bigger difference.
Regarding fuel, I've usually use supermarket fuel, usually from Morrisons - although my car has always felt at it's best after a trip to Sainsburys :-)

CPUFreak I do usually top up with Shell but it just so happens that when doing my runs I had topped up with Tesco stuff. You'll be pleased to know I filled the tank right up after the runs with Shell Diesel Extra :D.
I also like to point out my car has only done 1800miles.
woah! get some miles on the baby.. shes still a little young and tight!

Also, standing-start times don't always reflect the performance gains -- might be worth doing some in-gear acceleration tests, 40-60mph in 4th, 50-70 in 5th etc as these mods seem to do more in the mid-range than they do at the top end.

I agree Craig-pd130 in gear times have been reduced with this mod. Some in gear tests are on my todo list.
Personally I think it's pretty good. 0.5sec is alot of time fokes..

Your bringing back some memories to me from school days :p
Andy, there's nowt wrong with Tesco fuel.
Tried others, found no difference (as I believe they're all from the same refinery) so switched back.

It'll get to you in the long run...Nice clogged fuel injectors.

cheeky! :D ;)
I got the same mod as Faboka VRS but had mine put in when the engine had done around 18500 miles. It was quite a while back now but then the 0-60 sprint was over a second lower than Faboka VRS. I think now with nearly 45'000km on the clock it feels again even quicker so will have to arrange a day and get some new figures drawn up. Like I said to Faboka VRS once you got atleast 20'000miles on the clock the motor really opens up big time (well for me it went that way).
Regarding what fuel etc to use, I tend to use the Shell stuff as it seems pretty good.

Its those memories that keep me feeling youthfull!! :)

Want to have to remember as well. My cars weight is 1300KG. So to improve the time by half a second is really good i think. I'm well impressed with my mod.

Get a few 30-70 times through the gears (2nd/3rd)
just fitted mine today and its great you can feel the difference especially pulling away from a 30 limit in third gear and tcs light coming on when changing from first to second on the hill outside my house when it never used to of course now I go and read the thread on fuel temp problems and start to worry so I will have to run it and see how it goes might check the resistance on it. Also I have had no problems with soot production since it has been fitted even when booting it in third and fourth although I did disscnnect the egr so we shall see I hope warning light dont come on cos its a long trek to my seat dealer.
