Had a thought....

Not long ago Pete was cursing Seat for not making a Cordoba 1.8 20 VT - Since it seems to much of a pain in the arse to Turbo or Supercharge a Cordy and in my eyes the only way to get a safe increase in power is throttlebodies.

Flapper said that there was a 1.8 20 Vt LHD version in Holland, whats stopping somebody from getting a engine imported from Europe ?

Might seems like a daft idea but thought I would ask ?

ovv, in case you didnt see the thread for supercharging, it looks like a very good deal, bout 3k for everything and fitted, instant smile!!!! :devil:

Tried to find a LHD Cordoba Cupra and no luck.. Basically the Cordoba has always been a customer order job. Nobody actually keeps them in stock.

Seat say there's no market for the Cordoba, but you can't walk into a dealer and test drive a new Cordoba so people are obviously going to buy an Ibiza instead...

Chicken and egg situation..

Damn Seat.... I know they read this board so...

Have a look in the warehouse and if you find a Cordoba Cupra then let me know, I'll buy it off you!!! It'll probably be under the dust sheet in the corner that nobody knows whats underneath....
