You back into a parking space at work, watching the tree behind you as you reverse in.
You go back and then hear a thump. You really concentrate and think "I'm miles away from the tree!"
I get out and look and the kerb was half way up my bumper. Very luckily as I'm not like half the idiots at work that wheelspin into their spaces, I did no damage as I was going at a snails pace.
That'll teach me!

It makes for a speedy getaway when I leave work! 1 hour, 19 minutes to go!
If it is damaged (couldn't see anything) its no real bother. I'm going to try an get my rear bumper resprayed under warranty as it doesn't match the rest of the car.

That said my mum did the same thing in her Ibiza...went up the kerb and scraped all the paint off the bottom. I suppose being lower is better!
I know the feeling, I've just had the the scoob lowered and found that kerbs that I used to able to sit front over nicely now scrape the underside!
