boost pipe on tdi sport?

Hi guys, im new to the forum and im in need of some help, i need the boost pipes that go from intercooler along the driver side of the engine up to the 90 by the bulkhead if that makes sense. Basicaly could i use universal boost pipes and samco to do this as mine are knackered? Any help will be massively apprciated, thanks

Hi and welcome to the forum.

All the info you need will be found here somewhere.

There arent really any "full" boost hose kits for the mk4 TDI ibizas so yes making your own kit up is a good idea.

Make sure its atleast the same internal diameter as the original oem stuff.

Are you using the standard side mounted intercooler?

you can use aftermarket silicone connectors and ali pipe, but the connection to the turbo housing is a VAG male/female connector.
you can "modify" one of the OEM hoses to provide the male halve you need, then clamp a silicone to the "modified" end ;)
