Well guy's just to let you know it is possible to fix a leaking Leon but it is a lot of hard work, my car has been in the garage on several occasions and the last attemp which took nearly 3 weeks seems to have been a success. From what i understand a door is designed to let water in at the top and then it is directed out at the bottom, the problem seems to be that the water is being redirected into the car and it is a case of trial and error to get the water directed so it goes out instead of in.
Marshall Seat in Cambridge spent a lot of hours on my car they had to seal the door speaker pods and try to redirect the water, the sealent would then need all day to cure, once cured a water jet set up was placed around the car to check for leaks, hence why it takes so long.
All i can say to people who have to problem is good luck.
Cheers
