Is anyone running a cat by pass pipe on there 16v, ifso is it worth getting one?
also has anyone had any head work do ie ported head?

Think we've just covered the de-cat issue, search button is a good function, look ^ up there.
De-cat will lose what little low down torque you have, but you are free to try.
Headwork has been done my quite a fewowners of 16v cars,dont expect massive gains tho 10bhp and 15lb/ft would seem the average.
As ia said, do a search and you'll find a welath of info.

I have got a de-cat pipe on my 16 valve, but to be honest I would not bother going to all the trouble unless you are planning on doing head/cam/manifold work cus u will see no noticable gain apart from a lot of extra noise.
