.. I would like to have a go a fitting one from an '03 plate, but I need a part number! Any one with ETKA....
Can anyone help?
Also where about is it usually located in the boot?

Got our 1.4SX on Saturday and miss the boot light already any one know if it can be fitted with a few extras?
The one I have jsut removed from a 1.4 Mk4 Ibiza has this part number stamped on the back...
1M0 947 101 A
Not sure how the switching will be done but there should aready be a switch there for the alarm...
yea great point i did not think of that,
there should be a swich somewere as ours has an alarm the switch should be there. I wonder if its in the boot latch like the MK2 ibiza's was.

No worries... it was a little too dark to see the part number on the connector I will have a look at that in the daylight tomorrow.. or is the loom actually fitted?
Don't know about the loom as ive not looked yet. If need be i can make one up. As long as i can find the switch and when im finished the boot light looks like its OEM.

Had the car three days and my only gripe is the lack of a boot light!
Anybody fitted one yet?
Is the connector already fitted to the loom, if so where is it hidden?
