LCR auto changer

Ive jus took the autochanger out my LCR and want to put it into my mums mk2 ibiza. I know there is a pre-installed changer cable in the boot of the ibiza. I have found this but there is a problem as it is a round connector, whereas the autochanger cable is rectangular connector.

Does anyone know where i can get a hold of a converter or something?

I know it does work as the hu connector is the same for both cars!

They changed the looms over on later models as the headunits changed. You might get away with a later cable routed in the Ibiza.

Any ideas how much the cable costs?

I would ripp the cable out the LCR but its wound up with all these other cables with ribon.

You can get a kit for the Alhambra that includes all the mounting brackets and loom etc for about £20.

where is the changer for the Alhambra in the boot? As i need a long cable to install in boot. NOt alot of space in the ibiza

The Alhambra cable is the longest one they do as its located in one of the side bins at the back, will do the Ibiza no problems.
