Just after some advice really, a friend has a pd100 with 122k miles up for sale, I'm quite interested in it but dont know too much about this particular engine/car.

A quick testdrive highlighted a few issues, ABS light is on and feels to be given some feedback through the pedal, theres a knocking from the O/S/F suspension and also when I hoofed it round a corner the oil light started flashing, is that a sign of low oil or some other issue?

Also the inspection sign is flashing under the mile-o-meter.

I did a few searchs but couldnt find some of the answers/advice I needed.

Cheers

I have been looking at a PD 100 with 115K on it.

How did you get on? Did you buy it?

My motor has 96,650 miles on the clock. Had it from new. Goes like a dream. Full service history. Cambelt change done at 65,000.
