How can i install front seat en rear seat speakers?

Helo guy's! First of all, sorry for my bad english, but i'm belgian. ;)
Ive just have my first seat ibiza, buth there are no speakers inside. :(
So i wont to install my hifi system by myself, but, i can pull the side wings off my door to put the speakers inside. Everything is locked.
The same for the rear speakers, the space on the side wing to put the speaker in is also locked.
In the past ive got a peugeot 206, and thas was a pice of cake to install speakers in the side wings, why not with my ibiza???

Ok, in a talk with a friend i understand how to do it on the back. Take off the seats and you'll see two screws made of plastic that can be removed just with the hand. Then it's bette to take off the two screws of the piece of the seat belt. To remove the panel you just have to pull it. The panel has multiple pieces but it's safe to pull because them to put it back you just must push it back to place.
