I just heared from my dealer that this thing actually exist.
Instead of the built in hole fot the tape there is a CD hole.
I'm still waiting for some more info, but doest this actually exist.

I can say that the radion is no good and I have some connections at seat to get this under warranty.

They have already done this, but they're not selling it jet. My dealer says that this is about to be sale in new ibiza - i don't know where it'll fit but this was the answer.

Looking at the new Ibiza dash, it'll be the wrong colour/type of plastic and will stand out. Assuming it fits. Your dealer will know better than me though.

may be confusing it with the fact that the Leon AURA unit is available with single CD now
oooh and the new ibiza will do , but way different dash
anything fits with time and money mind ;)
Great covert in southampton have got the leon CD jobbie in there TDi demo car.. I was gunna see if I chipped um a tenner they would swop it with the on in my new car.. dont reckon they will though:(
I dont own a tape of any kind why the hell is it still standard in a cupra.. grr I want that extra disk 6 is not enuff... lol
