I've just bought a 2001 Ibiza TDi sport, well I get it at the weekend. It has the standard cassette player with the multi changer missing. From what I can see the whole stereo and onboard computer display is all 1 unit so I was wondering if I can change the head unit for another of my choice? I've seen a lot of threads of ppl changing them but I've also seen folk saying they've installed them under steering wheels and stuff. Can you put another head unit in the dash? The reason I wanna change it is that I'd like a CD head unit with a Minidisc multichanger.
