I'd really like to lose the front SEAT S badge from the centre piece of my grill.

Does anyone know where I can get just a plain grill that will match the bits either side.

The MS design centre piece looks like it might be OK, has anyone seen one fo these close up, does it match the side bits...

If the part is quite cheap I might just buy one to see what's what .....Prices anyone ?????????????/

Flapper is getting me a honeycomb front grill and side grills, I will post an update when all fitted.

S badge does come with it tho. :(

Brian are you going to hack the side bits so it will fit?

Take it Brian means hes getting the Cupra 4 Honeycombe grille like my own, but without the bumper.

I think these are direct fitment even to the original Leon bumper design, no modification needed.

Mosser,
They seemed like a direct fit(comb bits either side), but the grill is melted to the tags on the bumper, so once you have cut them off, there may not be enough of the tags left, to mount the new grill.

the bumper is easy peasy to get off, just needs 2 people to catch it when it comes off :p

I intend to remove my grill section which the outer grills are part of and cut off the 2 outer grills. May have to remove the bumper.

I will then cut off the honeycomb grills from the new section and refix them to my old one either by glueing, No More Nails, Silicone etc or I'll get them plastic welded. One way or another they'll get attached.

There are 2 fixing lugs on the top of each of the outer grill pieces so these will keep them fairly secure anyway.

This is the theory, until I get the new parts I won't know exactly what is involved.

The new grill section and the centre grill are only about £12 each, a bargain!

Flapper, how we doing with the grills? ;) :p
