Anyone know what the intake pipe is on Karl's Ibiza?

Looks like the Samco one to me.... It's about £70 + vat

I've been looking at getting one, however i've looked along the lines of the 'power rohr' pipes for the mk3 golf 16v - they seem to do the same job but start at only 30 quid (but go up to 120!!).
And they come in a nice polished ally to match the pipercross neck.

mate, save yourelf the hassle and money, i got a stinless pipe about 2mm wider than the piperx pipe and used a little insulation tape to seal it, makes a lovely noise too!!!
if you havnt already seen it, here it is again ( no wise cracks about he dust on the engine, the car was sitting in a bodyshop after having a nwe f2 fitted!!!)

because the tape was on the piperx part of the pipe the stainless bit actually sits over it so there is no tape showing.:)

nail podfieild, that same pipe and filter are now installed on my 1.816v (karl's sold the car)cost me 25 quid and had to put all my pipes and air box on his to sell it,
don't quote me but the power rohr does just that and roar! the samco hose replaces the old inlet which is prone to sucking in on higher revs and collapsing,apparently danny at rsd put a camera in the engine bay and found this so replaced gwyndaffs ibiza with the samco(large pinch of salt required at this piont) so draw your own conclusion ,i know mine revs freely now but that may be because of the larger induction kit:)and 145 over 130 with that and a straight through exhaust must mean sumat:cheers:

Subtle difference in engine specs between the works car and anyone elses though eh?

Yeah, like TBs, so no inlet hose.
