(No, this isn't about bald people).

Running a LCR 225. Looking at subtle things I can do to it. Revo being one, dynatwist etc, but I remember that most turbo cars respond very well to getting their head polished up and all the crap taken out for better mixture etc.

Has anyone done this / know someone who has done this? Is it really worth it (like in the Mitzi Lancers), or is the 1.8 generally finished quite well?

Ta!

Nope..
More gains on an atmo on P&P than on turbo... as the induction charge is forced in.
P&P on a smallport head may nett some top end gains, but decrease low end performance.

I have a P&P smallport AUM VVT head 4-sale if interested. (bare head) @ £375

If you SPS3 then you may get to extract some more out of it top end.

Cool - cheers. I'll pass on the head thanks..... I'm slowly building a shopping list and wondered about it - that's all!
