Find out what your engine code is, whether it's twin or single cam, then look in your area for suppliers of cams eg Schrick, Piper, Kent etc etc etc. What spec cam you get depends on what sort of delivery you want, what level of power you want and what sort of work has been done on the engine. Just about every UK tuning shop with a website sells cams.

hm... tnx!
I'll look for those supliers.
I didn't find anything searching the google, every tuning shop i found, is not selling camshafts for ibiza.
i have single cam, it's 1.6 year 2000.

Once you find out what your engine code is you can cross ref it with one from the VW range and buy cam/s to suit. There are few suppliers who list for SEAT cos all the SEAT engines are VW (apart from some of the really old ones), why waste expensive advertising space marketing the same things twice?

yea, that's true. It's the same as Golf 4.

Nope and it depends on the spec of the cam/s you are using. If you are going for somethign really wild then there's little point unless you've had the head flowed.

If you're going for an engine swap why are you spending money on an engine you will get rid of!?

Do a little research on simple normally aspirated tuning. Basically you want to improve the airflow thru the head so a flow job, port and polish, whatever other words you want to describe a similar set of processes as, will all go to help and maximise the gains the cam/s can deliver. A remap after this will finish things off nicely. Sticking in a wild cam in a standard head might leave you greatly disappointed.
