I got teribble results :mad:
max power :106 kw
max toraue :168.5 Nm at 4200
Power on wheels 76 kw :( :( :(

My car is standard Cupra2 and manufacturer values are :)
Power 110 kw
Torque: 180 nm at 4500

I have 10.000 km used standard inbox air filter . I dont kow how much does it effect results?

145 bhp (106 kw) is ok for me but 103 bhp (76 kw) on wheels is unacceptable 32 bhp loss is too much :(

What could be the problem ???

No problems with the loss at wheels, 32 bhp is quite acceptable i would say.

However,

my ex 2.0 16v pushed out 160BHP/190NM with a modified airbox (incl. panel filter) + a sports back box. Give the car a new filter, spark plugs and oil, maybe that pulls it back until (over) 150BHP again.

erm 145 minus 103 equals 42 bhp, that seems a little high, could be worn gears, tracking, plugs or petrol grade!

I see 40-50bhp rolling losses a lot on cable change 02A 02J g'box'd cars a lot on RR sessions.
Its not that unusual from what I've seen.

wild and wacky world of Dynos I expect.

Factory...
110kw=147.5bhp
180nm=132.83lb/ft

Yours...
106kw=142.1bhp
168.5nm=124.4lb/ft
@wheels 76kw=101.9bhp
(142.1-101.9)=40.2bhp rolling losses. (seen this and higher losses figure before. My 20VT looses between 40-50bhp.

Your figures are there or there abouts.

Cable change relates to the gear change mechanism and g'box type. 02J and 02A prefix g'box's have higher losses (but are stronger boxes) than the older 020 Rod change boxes.

I have the same car as you do and I had it rr'd earlier this year. The car is totally standard. I am well pleased with the results of the rr.

163 Bhp @ Flywheel
117 Bhp @ Wheels
46 Bhp Loss

141 lbf-ft Torque

Jim at star performance said that a transmission loss of this magnitude is very typical and nothing to worry about. If you want a look at the dyno graph, then look under my posts in that section of the forum.
