Uprated Wishbone Bushes

Ok, went to get my 4 wheel alignment today only to be told they cant do it cause my wishbone bushes were split...........the same wishbones i installed only 2 weeks ago from Europarts, so iam now planning on keeping the new arms and installing uprated rear cast arm bushes

Wondering if i should go with Powerflex Polybushes ?
but was confused about whats the difference between the front wishbone rear bush pressed arm and cast arm ?

oh, i was hoping to get away with something that lasted longer then 20k, are polybushes really not a good idea ?, its going in a MK1 FR TDI 150 lowered on coilovers

so maybe polybushes for the front bush, and te TT ones for the front rear bush ?

£40 for both sets seems a good price, have you uprated your front ARB bushes with these ?

Still wondering if I should use the TT ones or poly bush ones. I do about 30k a year so need something that's gonna last and not pop out the wishbone ?

The cast arms front bush is bigger than pressed
The reasons the bushes 'pop' on pressed arms is the ridiculous once lowered and flexes the bush a lot
My car is a daily driver and im using spherical bearings now instead of a bush
You can pick up the a LCR subframe, with rack, ARB, wishbones and hubs for about £200 now which is much better for running low and is much better geometrically

So the front rear bush is the same on LC and LCR but the front bush is different ? So ill be ok with the TT front rear bush ? Hope so cause I've ordered it from darkside now. I just wanted to check if that superpro link would be ok for mine, does say not for LCR so should be the smaller 30mm one, anyone know if the price is for a pair as it says "bush"
