Attachments & the way they open...

I'm awaiting m0rk to come and kick my ass before even writing this.

Before, when you clicked on an attachment, it automatically opened in a new window. Now it seems to open in the same window.

As I'm used to it opening in a new window, I automatically close it and then end up :banghead2

I know about right click and opening in new window before it gets suggested...I will get used to it, but is there any chance of changing it back?

it's changed in the new coding of the latest forum upgrade.

I'll get a copy of it & see if it's comething obvious, or not

I noticed this too - second time I thought hang on right click new window!!!!

I don't really notice it as I use browsers that open in a new tab behind the one you're looking at by clicking the middle button.

is this also the cause of pasting tagged images and they still show as links instead of the actual image?

agreed tom, i liked the pop up window rather than the same window, caught me out quite a few times, where i closed the window to go back to the forum but looked in my task bar to find i'd closed the only IE window.

fwiw you can also hold the shift key while you left click to get a new window...
