Hope i have stuck this in the right category??

I have fitted the autowindow reflex module which i got from awesome gti...

Problem is, it all works fine and i have put it into power pack mode so that i can use one touch facility (roll windows up, folds mirros and locks car) however when i return to the car if i hit the unlock button once all is ok (mirrors unfold and drivers door unlocks) if i hit the unlock button twice all doors unlock, mirrors unfold and all windows go down....I dont want all the windows to go down!!!! Is there any easy solution to this ????

Any help would be very much appreciated

Hi guys, just wanted to revive this thread to ask a question, is it possible to fit one of these to the Mk3 Ibiza Cupra? Because I have found them on Awesome GTI and considering buying one.

My second question is, if it is possible to fit one of these to that car, are they easy enough to fit?

Thanks

Not for Ibiza I'm afraid. Leon/Golf IV only

Thanks Chris for that... Would it be possible to purchase the wing mirrors with the drives in them like the Leon for the Ibiza and then purchase it, because the car already has an automatic window close if you use the key when locking the car.

No, the wiring is completely different I'm afraid. I very much doubt you could get the Leon mirrors to fit and/or work but even if you could the autowindow module wouldn't be comatible with the Ibiza'a electrical wiring. It is very specific.

Every now and then I get caught out, and its a bloody pain to close them all again!

I just disconnected the wire that made the windows go down when I put the unit in. I could not think of a senario where I would want all my windows to roll down.

Me too...

..but now the temperature's gone up again, I'm reminded that getting into a Black car that's been in the sun all day is not my most favourite thing.

That is a down side but I'd rather my car was hot than have all windows come down when it is slashing it down with rain (yes that happened to me and the car got soaked!!!)
