cracking front end it gets rid of the grille which in standard form i'm not into be prepared for the side skirts to start splitting and cracking from stones within days mine are shagged, and the only critisim i have is the mesh round the exhaust,in my mind should be rounded off not straight cut but in all ****ing nice just needs some red flames up the front now dave http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/smile.gif

Erm........well, its different I guess!
I have noticed though something is missing from the shot of the rear end.
It was there at the track day, but NOT on those pics. And i'm not talking about the new rear bumper or missing lights.....
Its something on the right had side of the rear end.....i just can't quite put my figure on it to say what it was!!!!!!
Damn, thats annoying!!!

To be the honest, i don't really like it. And what did they do with the sideskirts? They seem to be using too much putty or i don't know. Then i'd paint all grilles to black or dark gray at least.
It's nice, nice but not the one i'm dreamin of.

It's done nice, but agee with rear mesh comment round exhaust. A bit OTT for my tastes, but having said that i think the standard car looks SO good, all it needs is a 35mm drop and 17s on it and then it's REAL sorted...

Totally agree Si, that standard design is sooo nice in my view, and I really like the front splitter section aswell. Thats why i'm still yet to decide whether to change it or not.
Yep, 35mm drop and set of 17's is all it needs. But everybody have their own agenda on modifying.
Dave as most people know wants to get onto the front page of Max Power. And the ONLY way to do that these days is to put a great big OTT bodykit on! And looking at the pics...he sure is heading the right direction for that.
Good luck to him if he makes it. But I won't be getting jealous over that bodykit thats for sure.

Very Nice!!! Mesh needs to be a different colour though. I've seen pictures of this kit on the SEIDL site, Nice to see ot on one off the club cars..

i like it anyway plus i didn't give paul enough mesh to go round the exhaust but it will be done in 2 weeks.
i got the siedl kit because there are only 5 been done so far with mine the only one in england........i could of got the one amethyst are selling but then again its a rip off of the autosportwilly one that john is selling and selling well i might add which is why i didn't want it...............cause it will be like the F2 kit soon were everyone has it........... plus it's soon going to have the downpipe back exhaust by milltek exclusive to AmD and the interior done............
Yes lee i have taken the Amd badge off the back but for no other reason then to put a turbo badge on.
p.s how you getting on with the suspension kit cause mine is waiting to be fitted.

Hi Dave,
Long time no chat, I see the Ibiza has had some major cosmetic surgery!!!
Haven't seen any Ibiza's around yet with the Caractere front bumper, but you're right, its one of those designs that people will like (as its almost like the original) and have them put on at the rate of the old F2 kits. Godd for John and business I guess.
I'm not having the PSS9 kit anymore...got offered it, thought about it, and since I'm a little skint, decided to go against it. I've got the Tarox G88's and Greenstuffs now, and what excellent value for money. I love them.
Not doing anymore until the new year now, when it might have some special gizmos put in.
Like the wheels though...they well and truly show off the big AP's up front.
Is there no chance of using a smaller rectangular number plate for the front so that people can see the true size of the front air dam???
Lee
PS: The setting for your PSS9 should be 4 for daily use, and maybe 5 on the fronts for when you go on a track session. Thats what the other guy with the PSS9 kit has set them at. Oh, and hows the Trax 2001 organising going??
------------------
i am gonna get the numberplate offset to one of the sides........
still lots more to do including a few gizmo's of my own inside................its going away again soon as i have bought it a whole new interior........
what you got planned for yours....
