Nice to see the cordy club present and correct on sat, shame we didn't get to do a lap together, maybe next time.

Brendy - you must have run over a gypsy or something on the way up, no one can have that much bad luck in one day!

Quite pleased to see that once i'd worked out the correct route around the track the old cordy could still keep up (leave...) some of the newer seat machinery - can't wait to see some pics.

well mate, i still enjoyed the day, got quite a few laps in, only reason i went back out for the last couple was to try and entice pete into a few flying laps!!! got to the start finish line to see him trundling off into the 0-60's
next time, well all have to get a few laps together!!!

Sorry mate, if I'd known I'd've stayed out a bit longer... I went in stopped to check tyre wear and came out for a few more laps... By then you'd had you little incident.....

Thats wierd Brendy, can't remember being that close to you on the track?
I was well up for another few laps, but as pete put it, you had a little incident:D
Actually it was a good job I didn't, tread on the front was extremely low!

that's because I was taking shortcuts across the grass and came out in front!:p

I'm sorry lord, I broke one of Johns ten commandments - 'thou shall not drive on the grass!' i'm going to burn in hell.

hehe at least if you did go onto the grass you wouldnt be able to notice cause of the colours!!!
I was almost as bad, i managed to slightly ovecook the bottom corner and had to brake mid corner....oh the shame of it all!!!!!!! would have used the HB to geet my arse into the right shape but gary b. was behind me and i really didnt want to do anything that would possibly cause a spin!!
still, i totally enjoyed the day, absolutely brilliant, even when i had the "incident" brian kindly offered and took me into town to try to get a replacement tyre , as it turned out, none of them had one and mark p also kindly gave me a 13"steelie as I had almost 200 miles to drive to cardiff to pick up a new one and i didnt fancy ambling along at 40mph with the spacesaver. Got mty new wheel fitted, drove back from cardiff to fleetwood, above blackpool, and went home a few days later, wishing the whole trip could have lasted a bit longer.
Got the camber and alignment sorted when i got home and the car is driving and handling better than ever!! roll on the next trackie!! heheheh:cheers:
