Lo all, im looking to remove the back wiper from my Ibiza.
Does anyone know where I can get a blank to fill the hole once I have removed it?
I know that in the case of the peugeots and saxos there is a base model which doesnt get the rear wiper as standard. Is this the case with the Ibiza?
Also how difficult is it to remove the rear wiper and spindle?

Have you tried driving for a week without using your rear wiper?, i dont think i could!, i would find it a major pain to keep getting out and wiping it

i know what ur saying mosser, but i wash the car every couple of days so it never gets a chance to get that dirty.
Dont really look out the back window anyway :D

metal plate some filler and paint gadge???looked ok on the one at autosport but as mosser said i couldn't do with out it,its a must have item for living in the stix like i do.
must be able to get a rubber grommet from halfords or somewhere:cheers:
My dam Toledo should come with a rear wiper. After a couple of days I can't see shit out the rear.

The one thing I don't miss about Scooby 4 doors, is trying to see out the rear window when it's wet; thank God for the rear wiper on the Leon!

dont remove the rear wiper, cause you will only get a fixed penalty ticket for having Dirty Windows !!!!!!

I've heard of being done for having a filthy number plate, but never for having a dirty rear window!
Surely the laws surrounding this are similar to those related to tinting. As far as I'm aware, you can put tints as dark as you like on the rear window to make it more van like.
Surely if you can get done for the back window being so dirty that you can't see out of it, then heavy tints on the rear window would be outlawed.... :rolleyes:
