Right due to me not redoing my current install I will be looking at making a small number of moulded Ibiza sub boxes soon. I'm currently sorting out details to source the materials so...
For the first batch I will probably just be doing a false floor and a sub box to fit on the Drivers side. It should be around 1 to 1.25 cuft in size so any 12" should be happy in that and a 10" should work as well if that's what you have..
For the floor and box I am looking at about £120, slightly more than I said originally but I will only be making maybe 4 this time as I might be moving down south soon..
So anyone interested post here or PM me.
Mintyman, are you still available to lend me your motor for a few days? We'll have to negotiate the cost if you do...
Also I need the boot carpet from an Ibiza. I've found a better way of making my mould but I'm not sure if the carpet will survive so I need one that someone isn't needing anymore... I only really need the Drivers side carpet.

Boot space? You don't need that... If you do you want a Cordy... heheh
No idea yet mate, I've got to make one first before I will know. It will come into the boot to a certain extent because there is hardly any room behind the arches in the beezer but I don't know how much yet.. Should still have plenty of room for a tooth brush though.. ;) ;) ;)
I'm looking at jobs in the M3/M4 corridor area so I'll probably end up relocating there if I can find one.

Re boot space, Dont know exactly what petes got in mind but heres mine I assume it'll be of similar size!

Yeah mate id be interested , as you prob know there is a company that makes them allready but they only make them for the passnger side. Would be very interested in one for the Drvier side mate but in my car the Carpet comes up about 3" in the middle to alow space for the spare alloy in the R . If the depth of the box doesnt effect it you have a sale . One thing pete , would you be able to fabricate a box which would work well for my 2 x 8" Rockford Fosgate DVC's and still be small enougth to fit in the side ??

I don't think the depth of the box will effect it but I'm not sure the boot floors I would be making would fit. But I could probably sort you out with just a box no probs...
Give me the model numbers of the subs and I'll have a look, shouldn't be a problem appart from the depth of the box. All four boxes will be custom made anyway I think so I'll adjust them to each sub..

I really wanted one of these about to months ago and brought the subject back up on here.
Due to the lack of interest I have now booked my car into my local Ice retailer for a complete ice install inc false floor and custom made sub enclosure.
Could explain the lack of interest your having Pete.

It's cool if people have already got them done. Just offering to make some if they're wanted. I'm not going to be making any money out of them really so it's not like I'm loosing business...
In fact the less people want one, the more creative I can be with each one... :D :D :D
