Maybe you'll need a new MAF. When MAF reports faulty (less) air mass data, ECU injects less fuel than required. Monitoring the O2 sensor(s) ECU can detect the lean situation. Don't floor and drive fast on highways until you get a fix.

Just checked the MAF sensor and requested and delivered amounts seem normal - still at a loss for whats causing the problem.

how much is your air mass flow @ WOT? g/s?

The "(Add)" part means in the range where corrections are "Additive" rather than "Mutiplicative", in other words at idle or at very low loads. MAFs that are on their way out usually show up under load (with a "Mul" code). Rather than suspecting the MAF, I'd be looking for a leak in the intake (unmetered air) from a broken vacuum line or something like that.
