All
For info - if anyone builds an ibiza 16V engine that will run >7.9K rpm and remains on distributor triggered management (and not crank triggered with wasted spark system/coilpacks) then the std ibiza coil will not work above 7.9K rpm, and will fail when you try to do so
but not before firstly leaving you in the middle of the road whilst overtaking a line of cars and nearly causing an accident
As I have just descovered. Damn tuning cars.
Now fitted with vauxhall XE coil and special lumenition coil amp for high speed running
Cheers
