Just went to the parts department at my local Seat dealer in Reading, my first visit, It’s no wonder you won Parts Manager of the year :D
The Parts Department was locked as they were all having their tea :mad:
I only wanted some touch up paint. Is it correct that black comes in only ‘metallic’ and ‘non-metallic’?

have a look inside ya service book OR under the carpet in the boot for the spec sticker
should have loads of digits on it
what you need is the middle rows
usually
engine code / trans code
colour code / trim code
there are a couple of blacks listed but yours (I THINK) was LC9Z
have a nose to confirm or i can use ya reg/chassis number @ SEAT UK to confirm (mind you any dealer can ;))

i never got entered 4 parts manager of the year:( wouldn't of won anyway not against da man :)
but i wouldn't shut up 4 tea, probably coz i don't drink it:)

Code not in service book, nor in boot, I had the carpet up and the spare wheel out, not a sticker to be found.
I always think the thread title is the most important part of posting :D
