View Full Version : Toledo V5 Drivers Seat Memory
After taking delivery of my Toledo V5 last week, I found out that the new 2002 models don't come with memory settings for the drivers seat (great!!). Is this something that can be added as the plate where the switches sit looks removable? if so does it still connect to the passenger door mirror when reverse gear is selected?
Any idea of cost?
Any info will be much appreciated.

switches can be fitted no problem , only thing is that the software is now missing :( the option was removed to make way for a larger engine management program if i remember , i'll check and make sure .
first we heard of it was when a car arrived W/O it :rolleyes: shame really as it caused a right stink , guy was 6'4" mrs was 5'2" no joke , and it was memory seats that caused em to swing to the SEAT @ the time :(
Cheers for that, must admit I was a bit cheesed myself when I found out, fancied the reversing position on passenger mirror. Also noticed that they removed the folding mirrors that used to be on my Toledo SE.
Any ideas on the best way to remove a scratch from a window caused by a diamond ring!!!!!!

try the local auto windscreens / auto glass
they usually have or know a screen polishing system
buy her a fake next time :D
