Due to the lack of any pics of the car in the various colours on the Seat site is there any chance we could have a section on the main site which shows the various cars in all the colour available?
Would be nice to get a high quality pic of say Leon, Leon cupra / FR and leon cupra R from the front back and sides in every colour made...
I could do a Flash Red LC.. but thats about it! haha
Probably a mince idea but I was just thinking about when I was choosing colours if I had seen an Extreme blue picture I would probably have bought that!
Search the Leon section...lots of people show off their cars soon after they've bought them.
Yeah and they are all over the place... I thought it would be a useful resource just to have one place.. a virtual showroom if you like...
Probably quicker and easier to get a brochure from your local dealer...nice idea though
The last brouchure I saw didnt have a picture of the car in each colour just had a square saying it will be vaugly maybe this colour... but if everyone else thinks its pointless I shall leave it alone... :)
I think that's a good idea. I think seeing the colours with their official names would be a great help. Might also help for those that bought their motors used and don't know the proper name for the colour of their car. OK, I haven't really bothered to find out but when I sell my V5 it would be good to place an ad with the official colour description rather than just saying 'burgundy red'.
If folks can supply me (via email) with pics etc, for each colour, or just send me one example of you car and its colour, (also if you know where to find it) the cars paint code too. Sticker on the boot floor usually, or a sticker in the manual.
ie I don't want have to go hunting for them, then i'll work on a page on the main site.

Just to make it clear this isnt a gallery so don't send me loads of pics, i want ideally 1or2 good pictures in good light showing the car clearly in its colour. If your sizing them, do them 800x600, if you cant don't worry about it, all regs etc will be removed.
probably won't start this until next week, possibly, but there is no rush, got too much on at the moment to get this done straight away.
Is it worth listing the pictures you have got so you don't get bogged down?
At the moment i have pics of a Leon in Lava Grey and one in Black Magic, plus ive plenty of pics of my own R in Platinum.
z- need any in Imp Blue?
Plus, from memory Red, Yellow and that old metallic cherry red from the press site.
Yer once i get a few sent to me, i'll just pick form the best, use some press shots too, im not doing anything with it, probably for a while yet, certainly not this weekend, and maybe not until next weekend, thats when i'll likely sit down and start something.

Excellent idea, :clap: I've been looking for pictures of the FR Leon in platinum and red for ages the dealers don't have cars or photos and web searches aren't much good!

might have a crack in flash. see if i can get a gallery up and running with specified car type, e.g. leon and then get the colour selection to work. might be of some help to you lot :)
