Hi,

I have been looking on www.micronetcarshowroom.co.uk (http://www.micronetcarshowroom.co.uk) at the Ibiza Cupra 20VT which they are selling for £10797. I have noticed the leather option which I hear you have on yours. What sort of quality is it? Does it look like it will last? Did you import yours personally and how much for or did you do it through a company? Do you have ESP on yours? Do you know anywhere cheaper than Micronet. Sorry for all the questions.

To answer your questions...

1. I don't think Micronet price is still valid, as exchanges have slipped slightly. I bought mine direct from a dealer in Holland (i can give you his details if you write me at SimonB@CHemEng51.freeserve.co.uk). He gave excellent service on my car and min is full UK spec with autochanger and full leather
2. THe leather is nice, BUT BUT BUT you have to be prepared to look after it. mine is regulalry treated with saddle food and is in good condition, but i know plenty of other guys with full leather leons who have theirs cacked to buggery already. if you look after it it looks the dogs!
3. i know some people who have had good experiences with microne,t and others who have had very bad expereiences. my preference is to deal direct with a dealer, it's safer and they have more interest in repeat sales
4. i am buying another ibiza in January 2002, so ordering in the next week or so. looking to share a transporter to bring it back, or my ovni 20VT with 12000 miles will be for slae in jan too!
5. i did not have ESP, don't think it's worth it for this much power.
