Hi,

I used to have a Cupra 20VT 2 years ago so know a liitle bit about them :) but now I'm visiting from Fiat Coupe territory and would appreciate your advice on what you chaps use for boost control.
I actually assemble and sell mechanical and switchable boost controllers, (www.armval.co.uk). They are big hits with the Scooby and Fiat enthusiasts but I'm trying to find out if there is any application with you guys with Seat 1.8T's

I'm a bit confused with all this N75 stuff but I guess thats your ECU controlled boost valve. Do you guys use MBC's and how do you rate them? Any idiots guides you can refer me to would also be appreciated. :)

Gives you an idea of what is thought about boost controllers on here.

I personally don't know much about them but what was discussed on that thread seems to make sense i.e. yes, you can adjust the boost pressure but within the limits of the existing ecu.

Sorry I can't be of much more help but I thought I'd reply

i found out at the weekend that jabbas electronic boost controller works on any ecu, it doesnt matter if its jabba chiped, std, revo'd amd etc. it still works.
i emailed jabba about getting one sent to me with some instructions to fit and he said it wouldnt be a problem. i want one, it would be usefull.
