Cable Treading Tips?

Can any of you lads or lasses give me a few pointers on how to thread a cable from the front of my beezer (20VT) to the back? it's for my sub in the boot, and I can get from the boot to under the rear seats without much problem...after that the carpet is well and truly in place....

Unfortunatley you have to remove a load of panelling in the car. Search this part of the forum and you'll find plenty of hints..
