There is a small debate over on the forums about whether I should be accepting Arosa's into the LupoClub.

http://www.moddedcars.com/cgi-bin/ikonboard/ikonboard.cgi?s=3caee7ea7359ffff;act=ST;f=1;t=25

I know a few of you have already registered on my Forums, and Spook I know is very interested. However a few Lupo owners want it to remain exclusive....

I'm, as yet, still undecided, and I wondered how interested you Arosa owners are?

The club itself is free membership - as yet there is no membership other than contributing to the site and Forums. However I would set up a Arosa 16v/TDi Register, as well as other things.

Merchandise is coming soon (looking into T-Shirts and Car stickers) and we are having a Meet at GTI International (Club stand is to be booked)

I'd just like to know the opinion of a few Arosa owners, how interested are you?

cheers all.

I would be interested!

There arn't many Arosa TDi owners knocking around, I'd like to see/here what Lupo TDi owners are upto.

I'm sure all of the Lupo owners would admit that the Arosa is the better looking car of the two, and a few pics of the Arosa would only add to the sites appeal!

Gavin.

LOL :D yeah, I'm sure a Lupo owner would say they think Arosa's look better! ;)

Without offending too many people on my site, I do agree.

HOWEVER! The GTi is in another league.
And I think alot of Arosa owners would agree with that.

Yes the Lupo GTi is something special!

If I didn't drive 27,000mls a year I would probably have one.

If only they did a GT TDI - could have used the chipped 1.4TDi engine, but with all the GTI trim....

Mmmm.....

One of my foreign members is trying to do just that....I'd hate to think how much buying and spraying the aluminium panels would cost!

And any more news on the Racer, anyone?

Given the obvious similarity of the two models i think its a pretty good idea. I'll be up for joining it.

I agree, this would then allow Lupo and Arosa owners to pool together any info and knowledge and then spread the word:)

:p :) ;)

providing all mechanicals are same it would also be useful for group buys. i.e. eibach anti-roll bars to help cure understeer etc. there are many mods that could be done to help our SUPERDUPERminis such as bigger disk setups, suspension and so on and the bigger the group the better the information exchange.
