as people with the same car as me know we dont have a rev counter, how do i attach one? job i could do myself or best to go garage? theres nothing to do like it says in the max power haynes manual as i dont have 1 to start with so cant branch it off.

could imagine it would attach to something that spins round to work out how many or something? very technical lol

I know they are dirrerent cars but when i had a mk2 astra a got dash from an sri with a rev counter and just pluged it all back in it worked fine. the thing with changing the dash is the mileage get one with similar of less.

All the after market tacho's I've ever looked at needed to be connected to the distributor... which modern engines don't have any more. Not saying there isn't one that can be fitted to modern cars, just saying I've not seen one.

didnt know which section, most responce was from ibiza section, so if someone could delete this? i doubt i have the option to to be honest.
