Right, the new speakers are in, the sub, that has been sitting in the spare room for 9 months now is gathering dust by the day, the G/f is starting to moan, so, me thinks that new Pioneer DEH-P7400 CD/MP3 head unit better be bought pretty soon.

The cheapest i've seen it for is £285.99 Inc postage.

Anyone know anywhere cheaper?

Oh, and BTW, is it easy to run the cables to the boot? or a pain in the arse (removing the seats etc).

Oh, BTW again, it's for a '98 GTi Cupra 16V

Cheers

Run them under the boot liner, through the back of the rear seats, under the rear seats, across out of the passenger side rear seat, down under the plastic bit by the side of the rear passenger side seat tuck it under the sill cover plastic bit that runs all the way down to the passenger footwell, up side left hand side of the passenger footwell, behind the passenger side lower part of the conole and in to the bacl of the head unit.

Ta Da!

(Took a bit of trial and error for that solution..and it's neat / can't see the cables).

I've always got hundreds of cable ties - I build PC's & Networks, they come in rather useful.

Cheers for that Pete, thats the H/U i'll get - unless anyone can talk me out of it :-)
