What is the simplest and cheapest way to gain some more power in th 1.8 20vt? AMD chip? Jabbasport ECU remap (what do they actually do here?)? Any help appreciated, also details of how much gain in BHP etc you get with each option. How does all this affect the SEAT warranty? Am I safe in assuming that it invalidates the warranty on all parts directly controlled by the chip? Cheers :cheers:

as 4 chipping it's a matter of choice and how big ur wallet is.
im currently doing sum testing 4 a company but it's all hush hush at the mo;)

from what i've read endlesly on these forum my opinion is the apr chip.. which has a lot of little nice extras like cruise control switchable programs i.e race, fuel economy etc.. and it has a good increase throughout the range giving 193bhp and 204lbs of tourque.. but it will cost close to £1k with the extras so as the guy above said how big is yer wallet
