Hallo my name is Chris!
i have some questions and i hope someone can help me!
i´ve buying a new ibiza cupra with 156 hp and i want to make a chiptuning!and my question to you is, how many can the technik (manifold...) hold?to what hp power can i tune without changing the manifold and so on???

Most chip tuners are getting close to or around the 200bhp flywheel figure. The small K03 turbo is at its capacity ar around that level. There is a K04 turbo which is slightly larger, using the same exhaust manifold, and power to approx 240-250bhp should be possible. The manifold and turbo itself then becomes the restriction in the ultimate power from there though, and larger manifolds and turbos are required.

But what is with the Gear box and coupling???Must i change this than i tune with chiptuning ???for example 200-240 hp

No need to change gearbox or clutch with these mods.
It will be fine.

What do you think about obd tuning?http://www.obdtuning.de/
They said they make with a new program more than 200 hp it cost 600 euro?i need a tuner from germany!Have you a tip for me?

In Germany you have MTM, Oettinger as well as Upsolute.
There are many choices, but it is a minefield to decide which is best for you.
Tip for you? Well find someone who has had it done, and see how they found the experience, both of the product and the supplier.
