try forges site mate,theres a pdf files of how to service it and when,mines had a new spring a few months back and as far as i know thats the first time in 30k miles,the last 12k has been revo'd.
service kit is usually FOC from forge......but only if you're nice to them.

Just bought myself a green panel filter off the bay then found a post in the previous page quoting a much cheaper price..... gutted! Never mind onto the the question....
Is it still 82 bob for a 007P with a yellow spring? (although i only have a 180 so would green be more beneficial?)
