There are a number of storage/cubby holes on my 1999 Toledo V5 but I find a lot of it impractical. I miss having a dedicated place to store loose change for car park fees, tolls, etc. - anyone have any tips/suggestions? I've never made use of the storage cubby in the centre arm rest as whatever goes in it has to withstand it being moved up and down (it mainly stays upright except on motorways) - what do people put in there? The CD changer makes the glovebox that bit smaller. The shelf underneath the glovebox I never use - presumably it's for Mrs Tolly's brolly. The door pockets I find are too short and wide to sensibly store my A-Z (it squeezes in to the pocket behind the front passenger seat). Can't fit anything under the electric seats like an ice scraper or other stuff which gets a bit dirty.
Best things I did were buy a VAG sunglasses holder to replace the grab handle and also to refashion the polystyrene under the boot floor to take loads more tools, a pressure gauge warning triangle, first aid kit etc.
Anyone identify with this - how do you make the most of your storage? What solutions have you come up with?
