Just a quick note to say how impressed I am with this dealership. Picked my Leon Cupra up last Thursday and the car was well prepared by the workshop team. Salesman(Anthony) was so attentive,polite and more importantly knowledgeble of all aspects of the Seat range.
Had a a couple of slight worries so I took the car back to West End Motors at Bodmin today and they couldn`t do enough for me. Their technician assured me that the sound I reported was normal and to confirm this they even allowed me to test 2 other Leon Cupras and sure enough no different from mine. Well happy.
My front bumper also is a very slightly different shade of yellow and in places there seems to be a slight underspray. Without hesitation they are sorting out the problem under warranty and will contact me for a suitable period to have the car in for rectification. How`s that for service.
