I was swissoling the motor yesterday for the first time in a fair few weeks and was covering the rear wheel arch when in my semi hungover state I let my hand slide down towards the wheel. At this point the applicator pad flew out of my hand and disappeared inbetween the tyre and the wheel arch. No problem I though it will just be on the road behind the wheel, unfortunately it wasn't there. Curious I thought, so i rolled the car forward to see if it would fall out of anywhere, but to no avail there fore i can only assume that the LCR has eaten it.
I drove off a little today and then checked to see if it had fallen out anywhere but its still not appeared. So be warned people pay attention when cleaning!
