With the recent purchase of a lovely set of 17" Supperleggeras im now back in the mood to mod the car.
I need to get a suspension kit to make the car sit a little lower.
Preferably I am looking for a full kit (springs and shockers) to lower the car either 35mm or 40mm. Would consider adjustable shockers dependant on the price.
Any suggestions what kit to go for?

Bilstein, Sprintline kit.
-40mm lower approx
or
Bilstein PSS9 kit..
Depends on your budget.
and yes... I do like Bilstein a lot (except the price of PSS9's)

i too have bilstein- sprintline tho,and find them exellent, but alas now have fitted 16's and found that you give up some road comfort,so presume 17's would be even harsher for me personally, but i live in the sticks and nice smooth roads we do not have so feel the bumps alot more, koni do adjustable dampers and as bill said his kit has adjustable damping and height so the chioce as they say is yours,i also have to remember that i have two lady passengers most times with me ,so comfort is a must, mind you if my 3 yr old daughter can sleep with bilsteins then they can't be that bad can they?
There are also height-adjustable kits from Koni (Part Number : 1150-5056) and H&R (29470-2). I think the Konis go for £525+VAT and the H&R for £675+VAT but don't quote me on that!
I was going for Konis as part of a group buy with friends but we've got a superb offer on the normally better riding H&R setup so I'm having those instead.

My step son runs on them on his Mk3 Gti Golf. Sweet and quality components.
Combined with Eibach ARB's and the car is flat through corners.
Nice :D

I dont think I could justify the cost of buying a coilover kit, as I will probably only adjust it once.
Ive decided to go for top adjustable shockers and 35mm or 40mm springs.
Do Koni make top adjustable shockers for the 20vt cupra. Also do they make springs, preferably 35mm?
If so wheres the best place to try and get them from and how much am I looking at paying?

Afraid I can't say, Gadge. It's being organised by a fellow member of the Corrado Club and is for CCGB members only (I'm still one and counting the days until I get another one for weekends and track days).
I think the official importer for H&R in the UK is Motorsport Wheels, the official BBS importer?
