OK, this is getting silly. Every other day someone comes on the board (normally in Forum Gripes, when really its a user failure!) and doesnt read the rules whicha appear anywhere or the FAQ's for Newbies, all of which can be found here
http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=126
Even has its own section!!!!
So to summarise.
"I cant PM"
You dont have enough posts - This stops spammers and people who come and abuse the forums. Once you get to a certain number, then you can then use PM. Its not a high number - Tip dont abuse the forum to get your post up
"I cant post in some sections"
Again, you have to have certain number of posts to start or reply to a topic in certain sections.
"I cant reply to an ad"
Only the original thread starter, mods or admin team can post to ads.
In addition, a couple more FAQ's, which ARE COVERED in the rules!
"My post count has gone down"
We purge certain sections to keep the forum running nice and quickly so, your post count can go down. Therefore all post counts are not gospel.
"My post count hasnt risen"
Not all sections add to the Post Count.
All this and more in the guide which we have taken time to right.

(All old posts relating to these user failures :) in this section have now been removed)
